Quilt for Kids

I heard about this great organization on Craftster that donated quilts to kids in long term hospital care and thought it was an awesome idea. So I emailed them directly, they don't have a branch in Canada so I offered to sew a couple and donate on my own. They do have a program where they will mail out quilt kits but not out of the US. http://www.quiltsforkids.org/ So I bought some honey buns, which are 40 1.5inch strips of fabric. I tried to make sure they were fun and bright. Just stripped sewed them together and used fun flannel on the back.


My plan is to mail them off this week, their next bunch is going to Haiti to an orphanage in Port au Prince.
