Well really it’s vanilla pudding that’s been coloured red and white with real whip cream and sprinkles! I mean the kids don’t care that I opened a package of pudding powder and added some milk and then put in a little food colouring. All they care about is that it’s cool looking, in fun glasses and tastes great! Treat day is all about the fun. I also made a couple into pudding popsicles too!
That amazing Canadian flag was made by Abby at the Marbles Museum last week. She sat down at an arts and crafts table and made it, isn’t is awesome!!!
The other thing I love about treat day, is that it doesn’t have to be extravagant! Yay for me :)
Thanks for looking!

Great idea! Beautiful flag--that maple leaf is so hard; she did a good job :)
ReplyDeleteI love Abby's flag! Definitely a keeper for the scrapbook which means it will last a lot longer than these delicious looking puddings you made for treat day! Very cute idea. Happy Birthday Canada to my Canadian neighbour and friend across the border ♥
ReplyDeleteYummy! Abby did a great job on her flag :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool looking dessert! I have a sweet treat linky party going on at my blog till tomorrow night and I'd love it if you'd come by and link your pudding up. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2011/07/sweets-for-saturday-23.html
ReplyDeleteI love Abby's flag too! And what a cool idea for a special dessert. Thank you so much for sharing it with Let's Do Brunch, Karen. I've featured it this week. It looks so good, and it's so easy too - the perfect summer dessert!
