Back in January Melissa from Simply Sweets by Honeybee asked if I’d take part in a lucky charm group post with a a group of some amazing cookiers. If I had thought a little more about it and hadn’t had the worst past three months, these cookies would be completely different. Some of you know that I had back surgery for the second time this week. So when I first made my cookies I went with the true luck of the Irish and went Leprechauns. Now if I had to do it again I would choose my Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Mathur. Whom without his quick return from a conference, I’d still be in a whole host of pain. I thank all the nurses and the staff of 3B Wake Med Hospital in Cary and everyone who took care of me while I freaked out in the emergency room and while I had my second MRI. This group of people are truly amazing.
I’d also like to thank my everyday lucky charms, my family. I talk about them enough and they know how much I love and cherish them!
But before all this, I made these.
So may the luck of the Irish be with you!
Now take a turn around the web and check out these pretty amazing lucky charms too!
