Today is Earth Day!!! I made earth cupcakes for the kids. I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought my girls would love them. I was right!
Just mix half a cake batter green and the other half blue. Then using a spoon, spoon alternating green and blue batter into the cupcake pan and voila, earth cupcakes!
I’m also going to plant some veggies into our garden so we can have fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers during the summer!
