It’s hot out , school is almost over for the summer and turning the oven on doesn’t move me, however the new ice cream maker I bought at Costco does!
So today’s treat is something very simple and the kids just love! Lemon Ice :)
The recipe is easy. Just take 4 cups of your favourite lemonade, add to ice cream maker and 25 minutes later you have a slushy. Put into freezer for another 30 minutes and you have ice! Scrape into fun glass, garnish with lemon and enjoy!!! (for the older kids in the crowd, a little vodka and bellissimo!)
Sometimes the simple things are truly the best things.
