These were suppose to be a Treat Day Wednesday treat but then they didn’t freeze in time, so now they are just a treat!
The inspiration came from when we watched The Wizards of Waverly Place Movie on Disney last weekend, because as you know, we love our Disney! They had a snack spot and they made these healthy and tasty treats!
Recipe:
- 2 cups watermelon
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- juice of two limes
Directions:
- Blend in blender and place in desired popsicle form.
- Freeze until ready to eat!
- Enjoy
I had a few larger popsicle holders as seen in the first picture and then I used an ice cube tray for the others. I let them partial freeze and then stuck them with lollipop sticks.
So simple, so easy and so good!
Thanks for looking!

now those look refreshing!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little envious that you can still enjoy the refreshment of these cold pops. It's a little too chilly here for those but I'm betting that your girls would eat them no matter what the weather outside. Who can turn down anything flavoured with watermelon anyway!
ReplyDeleteWe love homemade popsicles at our house. So much healthier than store bought and the fresh fruit always tastes amazing.
