21 Day Challenge–Week 3 (and a party!!!)


Well I made it but not without some serious road blocks.  I may have cheated (but you knew I would) and didn’t workout as much as I would have liked (oh so sick) but on the whole I curbed my small sugar addiction and am back fitting into my favourite pair of jeans without having to lie down to get them on :)

So I’m celebrating…virtually.

Come and join me and post your favourite cheat treat.  You know the one thing you would cut off your own arm for!  It can be sweet or savory (I won’t judge) and it has to be so so yummy!!!

  1. Oooh, I love a good cheat treat! I make jars of this oreo peanut butter dip and eat it by the spoonful. It's so dangerous! Congrats on making your goal!

  2. Road blocks or not, you made it Karen! Congratulations. Overcoming a sugar addiction has got to be one of the hardest and I commend you for it. Keep up the great work and bravo for fitting into those jeans without having to go prone to do them up :)

  3. Great job Karen, that's a great accomplishment. I wish it would inspire me..but I like to cheat way too much. I had a hard time picking only one cheat...but this dip I ate with a spoon and then I had to throw it away so I would stop. :)

  5. I'm all about the Chicken Makhani and is the treat that I will get at the end of my 30 day crunch (I am on day 6 today). Yay for you being done your challenge!

  6. It's funny I try to be very disciplined. But if I make Dark Chocolate SMBC, I can't even taste it because if I do, I can't resist it.
