Treat Day Wednesday–Kid Sushi

So it’s back to school and there Treat Day is back!  If you are new to the blog, treat day was started when we moved to Raleigh and lived in the apartment.  The business office did treat day for the kids after school on Wednesdays.  When we moved to the house the kids kept asking if we could go back to the apartment on Wednesdays for treat day.  So I decided to implement my own version and then share with you!

My kids love two things unconditionally, rice krispie treats and fruit roll-ups.  So I thought it would be fun to put them together.  I had seen these one time on Craftster.org and thought genius!  It’s so simple.  Make the treats, unwrap the roll-up, lay the treats on the roll-up and then roll it up!  I topped them with grape nerds to give the “roe” effect.
